Special Economic Zone-Hub

The proposed site of Hub Special Economic Zone is surrounded by Hub Industrial and Trade Estate from North and west, Arabian Sea from south and west. It’s just 20 Kms from the Sindh Industrial and Trade Estate. It’s the largest industrial area of Baluchistan and close to the largest production areas of mineral, fruits, vegetables, livestock, and fisheries and above all connected with largest global markets.   It has ready investors due to its proximity with Karachi and KPT. The area is connected with main national highway of RCD and northern Karachi by-pass. Gas, Electricity, Water and Gas are already available in the area and land prices are much cheaper than land prices at SITE, Karachi.
